This license is a legal agreement with end users (hereinafter "You") who use the "GoodPello" website operated by PT One Presentation Group Co., Ltd. Please read the following agreements and terms carefully before using "GoodPello" services. Your use of the service is deemed to be your agreement to this user license and warranty.

[Article 1] Template Copyright and Ownership

1. 1. The copyright and ownership of content (text, photos, illustrations, figures, graphs, formats, templates, etc.) provided and sold by "GoodPello" belong to PT One Presentation Group Co., Ltd. and content providers.
2. 2. If you copy, distribute, modify, or use content without authorization for unauthorized purposes, you may be subject to civil and criminal liability under copyright law and related laws.

[Article 2] Image Copyright and Ownership

1. 1. The original copyright of images such as photos, illustrations, and icons included in "GoodPello" content belongs to "GoodPello" and third-party image suppliers.
2. 2. "GoodPello" and third-party image suppliers are not responsible for legal issues arising from reuse, reprocessing, or unauthorized distribution beyond the scope of content use. All legal responsibility and compensation obligations are the responsibility of the user.

[Article 3] License Grant

1. 1. When purchasing "GoodPello" services (subscription or general payment), you are granted non-exclusive and limited usage rights for downloaded content.
2. 2. Users must follow the policies of the purchased license type (personal, team, corporate) and cannot use content beyond the scope of that license.
3. 3. Commercial Permission
   1. ① GoodPello content can be used in commercial projects.
   2. ② However, users cannot directly sell content or redistribute it in editable template form.
4. 4. Subscription Service
   1. ① Content can only be used in projects registered during the subscription period.
   2. ② When the subscription ends, you can continue to use content in existing projects, but must renew your subscription to use content in new projects.
5. 5. General Payment Service
   1. ① General payment allows you to choose between 1-day or 30-day usage periods, and content can only be used in registered projects during the selected period.
   2. ② When the usage period ends, you can continue to use content in existing projects, but must repurchase usage rights or buy subscription service to use content in new projects.

[Article 4] License Scope

1. 1. "GoodPello" content can be used by individuals, teams, or corporations, and users must comply with the usage scope according to their purchased license type.
2. 2. Usage Scope by License Type
   1. ① Personal License (issued when joining personal plan): Only the user can use it and cannot share with team members or third parties. It can be used for personal projects as well as work projects as a single company member, but sharing or collaborating with other employees in the organization is prohibited.
   2. ② Team License (issued when joining team plan): Users within the same team plan can share and collaborate on content in projects, but distribution and sharing outside the team is prohibited.
   3. ③ Corporate License (issued when joining corporate plan): Multiple users within the company can jointly utilize content, but distribution and sharing outside the company (clients, partners, etc.) is prohibited.
3. 3. When sharing or distributing content online, it must be converted to non-editable file formats (pdf, jpg, etc.).

[Article 5] Subscription Status and License Validity

1. 1. Downloaded Content Usage Conditions
   1. ① Subscription Service: Content downloaded during the subscription period can only be used in projects registered within that period.
   2. ② General Payment Service: General payment service allows you to choose between 1-day or 30-day usage rights, and can only be used in registered projects during the usage period.
   3. ③ When subscription service or general payment service ends, downloaded content can continue to be used in existing projects registered during the service period, but to use the content in new projects, you must renew your subscription or repurchase usage rights.
2. 2. Re-download Restrictions Upon Subscription Expiry
   1. ① When subscription service or general payment service expires, you cannot re-download previously downloaded content, and license issuance for new projects is impossible.
   2. ② Licenses for existing projects are maintained, but to use content in new projects, you must renew your subscription or purchase additional usage rights.
   3. ③ Necessary content and license information must be backed up within the subscription or general payment period.
3. 3. Licenses are limited to projects issued within the subscription or general payment period, and usage rights for new projects are only valid when subscription or general payment status is active.

[Article 6] Prohibited Acts

When using content provided by "GoodPello", the following acts are prohibited.

1. 1. Separately extracting and using design elements such as images and icons included in content.
2. 2. Separating images and objects included in content for use in design works other than presentations.
3. 3. Reselling, renting, or copying purchased content to third parties.
4. 4. Processing content to register as secondary creations or using as logos, trademarks, symbols, etc.
5. 5. Using or providing content in on-demand services
6. 6. Using content for data learning, model training, content generation, or result production of AI-based services (e.g., ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
7. 7. Using previously downloaded content in new projects after subscription or general payment service has ended

"GoodPello" is not responsible for any legal issues and disputes with third parties arising from violations of the above prohibited acts. Users must comply with license policies, and legal action may be taken for violations.

[Article 7] Download Restrictions and Management

1. 1. Download Range by Service Type
   1. ① When using subscription service, you can download provided content without restrictions.
   2. ② When using 1-day or 30-day usage rights (general payment service), only specified quantities and types of content can be downloaded during the designated period, and additional downloads are impossible when the usage period expires.
2. 2. Restrictions After Service Period Expiry
   1. ① After service usage period expires, additional downloads and license issuance are impossible.
   2. ② For general payment service, downloads are only possible within the usage period, and remaining download counts automatically expire upon period expiry and are not refunded.
   3. ③ Downloaded content is not stored by GoodPello, so users must store it in their own secure storage.
3. 3. Download History and Recovery Policy
   1. ① GoodPello stores member download history for up to 1 year from service termination date, after which records are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
   2. ② GoodPello does not separately store content files for each member, so members must store them in secure storage during the service usage period.

[Article 8] Reproduction, Modification, Illegal Use, and Returns

1. 1. If you reproduce "GoodPello" products without authorization or use reproductions, this is considered intentional copyright infringement and may be prosecuted by judicial authorities and damages may be claimed.
2. 2. Content preview images provided on content detail pages are provided only for purchase decision purposes and cannot be captured, copied, or stored for business or personal use without prior permission from GoodPello.
3. 3. Due to the nature of digital products, downloaded content cannot be returned or refunded. However, if errors in the content itself are confirmed, GoodPello may provide corrected content after internal review, and refunds are not possible in this process.
4. 4. Refund requests due to subjective satisfaction with content (e.g., style, different from expectations) or user errors are not allowed.

[Article 9] Obligation to Comply with Content Usage Restrictions

1. 1. Users must use GoodPello content according to license policies and copyright protection regulations, and may be legally liable for policy violations.
2. 2. Users cannot use GoodPello content in ways that violate laws or infringe on the rights of others.
3. 3. GoodPello content can only be used within purposes allowed by license agreements and cannot be used beyond the license scope.
4. 4. Users can modify content, but original copyright belongs to PT One Presentation Group Co., Ltd., and modified content is also subject to the same license restrictions.

[Article 10] Warranty Limitations

1. 1. GoodPello does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability for specific purposes of provided content.
2. 2. Content results may vary depending on special usage environments, user usage methods, device performance, etc., and GoodPello does not bear responsibility for this. Digital products may have different results depending on user device specifications, software environment, usage methods, etc., and GoodPello is not responsible for problems arising from this.
3. 3. GoodPello bears no responsibility for direct or indirect losses arising from content defects, and the maximum liability scope does not exceed the purchase amount of the relevant content. GoodPello bears no responsibility for direct or indirect damages arising from digital product defects, and the company's maximum liability limit does not exceed the purchase amount of the relevant product.

[Article 11] Compensation Liability

1. 1. GoodPello and its executives, employees, partners, and agents bear no legal responsibility for any direct or indirect damages, accidents, or legal disputes arising from users using or being unable to use provided digital products.
2. 2. Users agree to take full responsibility for all legal disputes, damage claims, and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from violations of these terms, misuse of digital products, or combinations and use of digital products, and agree to indemnify and defend GoodPello and related parties.
3. 3. If GoodPello and related parties face legal disputes due to user product usage, users are responsible for defending and protecting GoodPello and must bear all legal costs and damages.

[Article 12] Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

1. 1. For matters not specified in these terms or disputes in interpretation, both parties will strive to resolve through consultation based on the principle of good faith. If not resolved through consultation, it will be handled according to relevant laws and commercial practices.
2. 2. In case of disputes between users and GoodPello, the governing law is Korean law, and all lawsuits will have Seoul Southern District Court, which has jurisdiction over the company's headquarters location, as the exclusive jurisdiction court.

[Article 13] Principle of Written Agreement

1. 1. Users acknowledge that they have fully reviewed and agreed to these license terms and have had the opportunity to receive legal advice if necessary.
2. 2. These license terms are the final and binding agreement between GoodPello and users, superseding all previous consultations and agreements, whether oral or written.

[Article 14] Other Matters

For matters not specified in these license terms, Korean relevant laws and general commercial practices will be followed, and if necessary, changes can be made through mutual consultation or separate license agreements can be concluded.

[Addendum]

• These terms are effective from July 1, 2025.
• If the content of the terms changes, GoodPello will notify members at least 7 days before the revision.
