General Provisions

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use establish the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities for members using the digital content services provided by GoodPello, which is operated by PTOne Presentation Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "GoodPello").

  1. a. GoodPello is an online service that provides subscription services for presentation templates and digital content, offering a variety of digital content through the Good
  2. b. Pello website and related services.
  3. c. These Terms serve as the basic regulations for the use of Good Pello's services, defining the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between members and Good Pello.
  4. d. A user becomes a registered member by creating a Good Pello account and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Members must fully understand and comply with all provisions outlined herein.
  5. e. If a user does not agree to these Terms, access to Good Pello's services may be restricted.
2. Definitions
  1. a. Content: Refers to digital content services provided to members within Good Pello, including digitized visual elements such as text, photos, illustrations, figures, graphs, templates, and more.
  2. b. User: Refers to both members and non-members who access Good Pello and use its services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  3. c. Member: A person who provides personal information, registers as a member, and agrees to these Terms and Conditions to use Good Pello’s services.
  4. d. Non-Member: A person who does not register as a member but still uses certain free services provided by Good Pello.
  5. e. Subscription Service: A service that allows members to freely download and use various digital content, including templates, slides, graphs, and diagrams, for a specified period based on their chosen subscription plan. The Subscription renews automatically on a monthly or annual basis.
  6. f. One-Time Payment Service: A one-time payment service that allows you to choose a 30-day or 1-year plan and use it for the selected period without a subscription.
3. Effect and Modification of Terms
  1. a. These Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Good Pello website and may be amended in accordance with legal requirements and service policy changes.
  2. b. In the event of an amendment, Good Pello will notify members at least 7 days in advance, specifying the effective date and reasons for the revision. If the changes significantly affect the rights and obligations of members, a minimum notice period of 14 days will be provided.
  3. c. Agreeing to these Terms means that the member agrees to regularly visit Good Pello to check for any updates or changes to the Terms. Good Pello is not responsible for any disadvantages arising from a member’s failure to check the changes.
  4. d. If a member does not agree to the revised Terms, they may choose to withdraw from membership. If they continue to use the service without objecting within 14 days after the effective date of the revised Terms, they will be deemed to have agreed to the changes.
  5. e. These Terms serve as the basic agreement for the service contract between Good Pello and the member. If necessary, Good Pello may define specific provisions for certain services (hereinafter referred to as "Special Terms") and notify the members in advance. If a member agrees to the Special Terms and uses the specific service, the Special Terms will take precedence, while these Terms will apply as supplementary. The changes to the Special Terms will follow the procedures outlined in 3-b above.

Service Use and Payment

4. Plan Types and Usage Guidelines

GoodPello offers the following plan options based on the member’s purpose and scale. Each plan is provided according to specific usage conditions and must comply with the common terms and regulations.

  1. a. Individual Plan
    1. The Individual Plan is for a single personal member only and is available as an annual subscription or a one-time payment option.
    2. The one-time payment option can be purchased for either 1 day or 30 days.
    3. The 1-day and 30-day passes allow a limited number of downloads during the selected period. The 1-day pass provides access to all content except Strategy Templates and Special Templates. The 30-day pass provides access to all content.
    4. The Individual Plan may only be used by the account holder. Account sharing and transfers are strictly prohibited.
    5. Concurrent logins with a single account are not allowed. If multiple users wish to use the content, they must purchase additional Individual Plans or join a Team Plan.
    6. Content may only be used for personal or business-related projects. Sharing or redistributing content to third parties is prohibited.
  2. b. Team Plan
    1. The Team Plan allows teams of 2 to 9 members to access and use GoodPello content. .
    2. It is available as an annual subscription or a one-time payment plan, and the team license applies to all members.
    3. The one-time payment option can be purchased in 30-day increments, with a limited number of downloads available during the specified period.
    4. The team owner can add members and manage settings, and all downloads can be easily managed in one place.
  3. c. Enterprise Plan
    1. This plan is available for companies with 300 or more members, or for companies with fewer than 300 members if at least 10 people will be using the service.
    2. The Enterprise Plan offers advanced management tools that allow content usage and team members to be monitored via an admin account.
    3. Content may only be used internally within the organization. External sharing or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
    4. Plan conditions and pricing are determined through consultation with GoodPello based on the size and requirements of the organization.
5. Establishment of the Service Use Agreement
  1. a. Users who wish to register as members must provide the required information and agree to the GoodPello Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Upon doing so, a service use agreement is established between the member and GoodPello. GoodPello provides links to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy at the bottom of the sign-up pop-up so that users can review them thoroughly before registering.
  2. b. These Terms of Use take effect immediately upon completion of the membership registration process.
  3. c. By registering, the user is deemed to have agreed to use a unified account across all GoodPello services. The member may access all services operated by GoodPello using the same account.
6. Application for Service Use
  1. a. Only individuals aged 18 or older are eligible to apply for service use. Users under the age of 18 may use the service only with the consent of a legal guardian and through the guardian’s account. In such cases, the legal guardian assumes full responsibility for all actions taken.
  2. b. Members who wish to use GoodPello’s services must provide all required information as requested by GoodPello, including name, email address, and social network account information.
  3. c. Members must use their real name when registering. If a false name is used, access to the service may be restricted.
  4. d. If applying for the service on behalf of an organization or company, the applicant must be authorized to do so by that organization or company. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, the applicant is deemed to have such authority.
  5. e. If a member uses another person’s identity, the account will be deleted and legal action may be taken.
  6. f. If there are any changes to the registered information, the member is obligated to update the personal information and notify GoodPello of such changes.
7. Usage Fees
  1. a. GoodPello charges usage fees based on the type of service (subscription or one-time payment). Fees vary depending on the content provided, number of users, and included benefits.
  2. b. The Team Plan is available for 2 to 9 users, and the fee is adjusted based on the number of members.
  3. c. Subscription services and one-time payment services differ in pricing and benefits. Members may use the service according to the payment method they have selected.
  4. d. Subscription fees may change depending on market conditions. In the event of any changes, members will be notified at least 30 days in advance via official announcements.
8. Payment Methods

Payment for GoodPello services can be made using one of the following methods:

  1. a. PayPal : one-time payment and recurring payment
  2. b. Credit card : one-time payment and recurring payment
9. Payment and Usage Policy
  1. a. All fees are calculated exclusive of VAT, which will be added to the total amount at the time of payment.
  2. b. One-time payment services (1-day or 30-day passes) do not renew automatically. Once the usage period ends, an additional payment is required to continue using the service.
  3. c. Subscription services are based on an automatic recurring payment system. Unless the member cancels the subscription, payment will be automatically processed at the beginning of each billing cycle (annually).
  4. d. Even after canceling a subscription, the member can continue to use the service until the end of the current subscription period. Automatic renewal will be stopped from the next billing date onward.
    1. Subscription plans are only available on an annual basis. Unless canceled by the member, the plan renews automatically each year. In principle, no refunds are given for cancellations made during the subscription period.
    2. Payments that have already been processed are non-refundable.
  5. e. Changing Service Types
    1. One-time payment services cannot be changed to a subscription service during the usage period. To change the plan, users must wait until the current service period ends and then purchase a new subscription plan.
    2. Members subscribed to an annual subscription plan cannot switch to a one-time payment service during the active period. To do so, they must wait until their current subscription ends and then purchase the one-time payment option separately.
  6. f. Plan Changes and Team Member Adjustments
    1. When upgrading from an Individual Plan to a Team Plan:
      1. The 1-day pass under the Individual Plan cannot be upgraded to a Team Plan. After expiration, a new Team Plan (either a 30-day pass or an annual subscription) must be purchased.
      2. Members using the 30-day Individual Plan may upgrade to a 30-day Team Plan during the active period (however, upgrading to an annual subscription is not allowed). In this case, the remaining available downloads will be transferred to the Team Plan and included in the team’s total download limits.
      3. Members using an annual Individual Subscription may upgrade to an annual Team Subscription during the active period. The remaining amount is prorated based on the unused days, and the cost difference is charged immediately. From the next billing cycle, the full Team Plan rate will apply. The original subscription start date remains unchanged even after the plan change.
    2. When adding team members within a Team Plan:
      1. Users with a 30-day Team Plan cannot add team members during the active period. Additional team members may only be added after the current period ends by purchasing a new plan. However, registered team members can be replaced.
      2. The upgraded plan fee is calculated based on the remaining days until the renewal date. The fee for the used portion is deducted, and the balance is charged immediately.
      3. The additional member fee is prorated from the date of addition and applied immediately. From the next billing cycle, the subscription fee will reflect the new total number of members.
    3. When reducing team members within a Team Plan:
      1. Users with a 30-day Team Plan cannot reduce team members during the active period. This can only be done after the current plan expires. However, replacing existing team members is allowed.
      2. For annual Team Subscriptions, no refunds are provided for reduced team size.
      3. The updated number of team members will be reflected in the subscription fee from the next billing cycle.
      4. The original team size will remain available until the end of the current subscription period. Only the subscription fee will change from the next billing cycle.
    4. When switching from a Team Plan to an Individual Plan:
      1. A direct downgrade from a Team Plan to an Individual Plan is not supported.
      2. To use an Individual Plan, a new account must be created, and a new subscription must be purchased.
      3. Settings and data from the previous Team Plan will not be transferred to the new account.
      4. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period after canceling the Team Plan.
      5. Any remaining balance from the Team Plan will not be credited toward the Individual Plan subscription.
      6. A new billing cycle will apply once the Individual Plan is subscribed to under the new account.
    5. When switching to an Enterprise Plan:
      1. Annual Individual or Team Subscriptions cannot be changed to an Enterprise Plan during the active period. To upgrade, a new account must be created, and the Enterprise Plan must be purchased separately.
      2. The Enterprise Plan will begin as a new subscription, and the service period will be set on an annual basis starting from the subscription date.
10. Individual Plan Management Policy
  1. a. Definition and Status of the Individual Plan
    1. The Individual Plan is provided for a single user only.
    2. It is available as an annual subscription or as a one-time payment (1-day or 30-day pass) type.
    3. The Individual Plan may not be transferred or shared with others.
    4. The status of the annual subscription Individual Plan is classified as follows:
      1. Active: The subscription is currently active.
      2. Pending: Payment has not been completed or the subscription is temporarily paused.
      3. Expired: The subscription period has ended.
  2. b. Subscription Status Handling
    1. Payment Incomplete: The subscription remains inactive until payment is completed. Once the payment is successfully processed, the subscription will be activated.
    2. Subscription Paused: The subscription is temporarily paused due to a payment failure. Please check and update your payment information with valid details on the My Account page. Once the payment information is updated and the transaction is successfully processed, the subscription will resume immediately, and all services will become fully available.
    3. Subscription Expired: The subscription period has ended, and service access is suspended. Service access will be restored once the subscription is reactivated.
  3. c. Upgrades and Plan Changes
    1. You may upgrade from an annual Individual Plan to an annual Team Plan.
    2. Content and collections downloaded under the Individual Plan will not be deleted upon upgrade.
    3. Previously downloaded content may continue to be used in the Team Plan.
    4. The license granted under the Individual Plan remains valid and can be used under the Team Plan after the upgrade.
  4. d. One-Time Payment Service Handling
    1. The Individual Plan is also available as a one-time payment service, in addition to the subscription type service.
    2. One-time payment services are intended for short-term use (1-day or 30-day).
    3. One-time payment services do not renew automatically, and service access will be suspended once the period ends.
    4. Upgrades or downgrades are not supported while using a one-time payment plan.
  5. e. Subscription Cancellation and Service Termination
    1. When canceling a subscription, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
    2. After the subscription ends, previously downloaded content will not be deleted but will be deactivated.
    3. Such content may continue to be used in previously registered projects but cannot be used in new projects.
11. Team Plan Management Policy
  1. a. Inviting and Managing Team Members
    1. Checking Invitation Availability
      1. The number of team members you can invite depends on the Team Plan selected.
      2. If no invitations are available, additional team members cannot be added.
      3. To increase the number of available invitations, you must upgrade your plan by modifying the team size.
    2. Inviting Team Members
      1. Once the invitation function is enabled, you can invite team members via email.
      2. When the invitee accepts the invitation via email, they will be added to the team.
      3. Pending invitations will appear with a “Pending” status.
      4. If an invitee is already subscribed to GoodPello services, they must create a new account to join the team.
    3. Invitation Validity Period
      1. If the invitation is not accepted within 7 days, it will be automatically canceled.
      2. Once expired or canceled, a new invitation must be sent.
    4. Canceling Invitations
      1. Invitations can be canceled while in the pending status.
      2. Once canceled, the invitation becomes invalid and can be resent.
      3. A new user can be invited immediately after canceling an existing invitation.
  2. b. Team Member Status and Role Management
    1. Team Status Summary
      1. Total Team Members: Displays the total number of members that can be registered.
      2. Active: Indicates the number of currently active team members.
      3. Pending: Indicates the number of invited members who haven’t yet accepted.
      4. Available Invitations: Displays the number of team members that can still be invited.
  3. c. Roles of Team Members
    1. Owner: Holds full administrative rights
      1. Can manage the team and change the subscription plan.
      2. Can add or remove team members.
      3. Can adjust team settings and operational policies.
    2. Team Member: Holds basic user rights
      1. Can access content and participate in team activities.
      2. If the team owner leaves the team and has designated another team member as the new owner, that member will inherit full ownership rights.
  4. d. Adding and Removing Team Members
    1. Adding Team Members
      1. If the maximum team size allowed by the current plan is reached, a plan upgrade is required to add more members.
      2. Once the upgrade is complete and invitations are available, additional members can be invited.
    2. Removing Team Members
      1. Members can be removed from the team via the member list.
      2. Removed members are immediately removed from the team, and their seat becomes available for new invitations.
      3. Data of removed members cannot be recovered.
      4. Removed members are downgraded to a free individual account.
    3. Data Handling When a Member is Removed
      1. Content and licenses downloaded by removed members are retained within the team.
      2. Personal settings and permissions of the removed member are revoked immediately.
      3. Collections saved by removed members while in the team remain in their personal account.
  5. e. Adjusting Plans and Team Size
    1. Plan Upgrade
      1. If the number of team members exceeds the current plan limit, an upgrade is required.
      2. Upgrades take effect immediately, enabling additional invitations.
      3. Team members cannot be added during the active period of a 30-day Team Plan (one-time payment).
    2. Plan Downgrade Conditions
      1. During an active subscription, the number of team members can be reduced as needed.
      2. The subscription fee will be automatically adjusted starting from the next billing cycle.
      3. The existing team size remains usable until the end of the current subscription period.
      4. No refunds are issued for the remaining period after a downgrade.
      5. The 30-day Team Plan (one-time payment) does not allow reducing the number of team members during the active period.
  6. f. Changing Ownership and Owner Withdrawal
    1. Transferring Ownership
      1. Only one owner can exist per team.
      2. The current owner must transfer ownership to another member before leaving the team.
      3. Once ownership is transferred, the former owner can leave the team and be downgraded to a free member.
      4. If no team members remain to assign ownership to, the owner cannot leave the team.
    2. Owner Withdrawal
      1. The team owner may withdraw only after transferring ownership or after the subscription has expired.
      2. To use a personal or new team plan, the previous owner must create a new account and subscribe separately.
12. Content Download and Usage Policy
  1. a. Content Download and Usage
    1. Content downloaded through a subscription or one-time payment service may only be used in projects registered during the active service period. After the service period ends, the content may not be used in new projects.
    2. Under a one-time payment plan, you can download a limited number and type of content during the usage period (either 1 day or 30 days), as specified by the plan. Previously downloaded content can be re-downloaded within the valid period without counting toward the download limits.
    3. Content downloaded during the active service period may continue to be used only in the projects registered within that period.
  2. b. Post-Subscription and Payment Expiration Handling
    1. After the subscription period ends, previously downloaded content cannot be used in new projects unless the user renews the subscription or purchases a new one-time payment usage plan.
    2. Once the subscription or one-time payment service expires, the member will no longer be able to download content from the "My Downloads" page.
    3. If the user renews the service with the same account, previously used download history will become accessible again.
  3. c. Subscription Renewal and One-Time Plan Expiration Notices
    1. Subscription plans are automatically renewed unless the user cancels or modifies the plan via the "My Account" page. A reminder email will be sent to the registered email address 7 days prior to the renewal date.
    2. For 30-day passes (one-time payment service), an expiration reminder email will be sent to the registered email address 7 days before the end of the usage period.
13. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  1. a. Cancellations for paid content and other paid services are not permitted if it is clearly stated in advance that cancellation is restricted, in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Content Industry Promotion Act.
  2. b. However, if the actual content or service provided differs from what was advertised or stated in the agreement, the user may request a cancellation within three (3) months of the service usage date, or within thirty (30) days of becoming aware of the issue. In such cases, if GoodPello determines the cancellation request to be valid, a full refund will be processed using the original payment method within three (3) business days from the date of the request.
  3. c. Refunds are not available for cancellations due to a simple change of mind after purchasing a subscription or one-time payment service. However, if the cancellation is requested within seven (7) days of purchase and no content has been downloaded during that period, a full refund will be provided. If the request is made after seven (7) days, the refund will be calculated by deducting the amount corresponding to the days of service used and 10% of the remaining service fee. This refund policy is applied based on the total amount paid for the service. Please note that 1-day passes are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  4. d. Subscription services are automatically renewed. If the user does not wish to continue, they must cancel the subscription directly via [My Account > Subscription Details] before the next billing date. One-time payment services (1-day and 30-day passes) will automatically expire at the end of the usage period.
  5. e. Content downloads under a one-time payment service are only available during the valid period. Any unused downloads will expire automatically at the end of the period and are non-refundable.
14. Approval and Restriction on Service Applications
  1. a. GoodPello approves service applications in the order they are received, provided there are no operational or technical issues. However, approval may be denied in any of the following cases:
    1. The application was made using a false name or by impersonating another person.
    2. The application contains false information.
    3. The application is intended to disrupt public order or violate social norms.
    4. The service is intended to be used for unlawful purposes.
    5. The applicant has a history of unpaid subscription fees or has previously defaulted and is applying with a different account.
    6. Any other case that violates the Terms of Use or service operation policies.
  2. b. GoodPello may postpone approval of a service application until the relevant issue is resolved if:
    1. There is insufficient system capacity within GoodPello.
    2. Technical issues are preventing the normal provision of services.
    3. Operational circumstances temporarily make it difficult to approve the application.
15. Assignment and Modification of Member ID
  1. a. Members may choose their own ID at the time of registration. Once registered, the ID cannot be changed. To use a different ID, the member must delete their current account and register again. In this case, all data associated with the original account, including download history, will not be transferred to the new account.
  2. b. The GoodPello member ID operates as a unified account and can be used across all services provided by GoodPello.
  3. c. Members are responsible for securely managing their own ID and password. Any damages resulting from negligence (e.g., service disruption, unauthorized use) will be the sole responsibility of the member. However, this does not apply to damages caused by GoodPello’s fault.
  4. d. Details regarding the management and modification of member information shall follow the Service Usage Guide.
16. Provision of Information and Advertisements
  1. a. GoodPello may provide members with various types of information deemed necessary for service use via email, postal mail, SMS, or other means.
  2. b. For service improvement or member-specific service announcements, GoodPello may request additional information with the member’s consent.
  3. c. Some services may be operated based on advertising revenue. By using the service, the member understands and agrees that advertisements may be displayed.
  4. d. GoodPello is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the member as a result of participating in or conducting transactions with advertisers through advertisements posted within the service or promotional activities carried out by advertisers.

Obligations of the Contracting Parties

17. Obligations of GoodPello
  1. a. GoodPello shall provide services as requested by the member, unless there are special circumstances, starting from the designated service start date.
  2. b. GoodPello shall promptly repair or restore any system failures in order to maintain continuous and stable service delivery.
  3. c. GoodPello shall implement a security system to protect personal information and ensure members can use the service safely. The company shall publicly disclose and comply with its Privacy Policy.
  4. d. GoodPello shall make every effort to protect members' personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. The collection and use of personal data shall be governed by relevant laws and GoodPello’s Privacy Policy.
  5. e. If a member submits a legitimate and reasonable opinion or complaint, GoodPello shall promptly address the issue through appropriate procedures. If immediate resolution is not possible, the reason and expected timeline for handling will be communicated to the member.
18. Member Obligations
  1. a. When applying for membership or modifying personal information, members must provide accurate and truthful information under their real name. If false information is provided or another person’s identity is used, the member forfeits all related rights.
  2. b. Members must comply with these Terms of Use, content usage guidelines, all other policies and notices set by GoodPello, and applicable laws. Members must not engage in any activities that interfere with GoodPello’s operations or damage its reputation.
  3. c. Members may not redistribute, modify, or reprocess content provided by GoodPello for resale or for provision to third parties. Use of content in on-demand services, logos, trademarks, or similar applications is strictly prohibited.
  4. d. Members are prohibited from using or reproducing GoodPello content for data training, model development, content generation, or output creation in AI-based services (e.g., ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion).
  5. e. Members must promptly notify GoodPello of any changes to their contractual information, such as email address. Failure to do so forfeits any claims arising from such changes.
  6. f. Except where GoodPello is liable under applicable laws or its Privacy Policy, members are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from negligent management or unauthorized use of their ID and password.
  7. g. Members may not assign, transfer, gift, or offer as collateral any rights or obligations related to their service use or membership contract without prior written consent from GoodPello.
  8. h. Members must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of GoodPello or any third party.
  9. i. Members must not engage in any of the following actions. Violations may result in service suspension and other lawful sanctions imposed by GoodPello:
    1. Submitting false information when registering or updating account details
    2. Using another member’s ID or password
    3. Trading or selling a member ID
    4. Defaming or severely insulting other members or third parties
    5. Impersonating GoodPello’s administrators, staff, or affiliates
    6. Modifying GoodPello's client software, hacking its servers, or altering posted information in part or whole without proper authorization
    7. Intentionally interfering with or harming GoodPello’s services
    8. Reproducing or distributing information obtained through the service for unauthorized purposes without prior consent from GoodPello
    9. Sending, posting, or distributing vulgar or obscene content that violates public order or good morals via email or other means
    10. Engaging in activities that are objectively deemed to be related to criminal acts
    11. Violating these Terms of Use or other policies and conditions set by GoodPello
    12. Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Service Usage and Scope

19. Service Availability Hours
  1. a. GoodPello services are, in principle, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are operational or technical issues. However, temporary service interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, or replacements. In such cases, the maintenance schedule will be announced in advance.
  2. b. In urgent or unavoidable circumstances such as emergency system checks or server upgrades and replacements, services may be temporarily suspended without prior notice. In such cases, the service resumption schedule may be announced afterward.
  3. c. Service availability may be partially or entirely restricted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government orders. Once such situations are resolved, GoodPello will inform members of the service resumption schedule.
  4. d. If service is interrupted due to reasons beyond GoodPello's control - such as natural disasters or server malfunctions - GoodPello may notify members after the event has occurred.
20. Scope of Service Use
  1. a. Members must review and understand GoodPello’s content usage guidelines and use the services only within the permitted scope. GoodPello is not responsible for any disputes or legal sanctions resulting from the member’s use beyond the authorized limits.
  2. b. Content downloaded through a subscription or one-time payment service may only be used within the registered project, in accordance with the purchase terms, and only during the valid service period.
  3. c. If a member uses GoodPello’s content illegally or beyond the permitted scope, the member shall bear full legal responsibility. In such cases, GoodPello reserves the right to pursue civil and/or criminal legal action in accordance with applicable laws.

21. Member Content on the Company Website
  1. a. Copyright of content posted by members on the website (including text, images, videos, etc.) belongs to the member. The company may not use such content for commercial purposes without the member’s consent. However, the company may use it for non-commercial purposes without obtaining separate consent.
  2. b. If content posted by a member through the service infringes on the copyright or intellectual property rights of others, or violates any applicable laws, the member shall bear full legal responsibility. In addition, if the company suffers any damages as a result, the member shall be liable for compensation.
  3. c. Members may not commercially use any materials posted on the service - such as processing or reselling information obtained through the service - without authorization.
  4. d. If the company determines that content posted or registered by a member constitutes a prohibited act as defined in section 18 - i, it may delete, move, or refuse to register the content without prior notice.
22. Digital Content Copyright
  1. a. All content provided by GoodPello - including text, photos, illustrations, shapes, charts, templates, and other design elements - is owned by PTOne Presentation Group Co., Ltd. and its content providers.
  2. b. GoodPello content is provided under a non-exclusive license. Members may use the downloaded content only within the projects in which it was registered. However, once the subscription period ends, the content may no longer be used in new projects and may only continue to be used within previously registered projects.
  3. c. Unauthorized reproduction or use of content provided through GoodPello, or usage beyond the scope permitted by the license without prior agreement, may result in legal liability under copyright laws and related regulations. Compensation for damages may also be claimed. (For details, refer to the License Terms.)
  4. d. Photos and images included in GoodPello templates are provided by partner companies, and the original copyrights for these images belong to those partners. If such images are reused or modified beyond the scope specified in the license, legal disputes may arise. GoodPello bears no legal responsibility in such cases. (For details, refer to the License Terms.)
23. License Grant
  1. a. GoodPello provides content on a non-exclusive basis and grants members a non-exclusive license under the following conditions:
    1. Members may use the purchased digital content for both personal and business purposes. However, redistribution to third parties or resale through modification or reprocessing of the content is strictly prohibited.
    2. For external sharing or distribution, the content must be converted into a non-editable file format such as PDF or JPG before being shared.
24. Restrictions on the Use of Digital Content
  1. a. All digital content is provided on a non-exclusive basis. If exclusive use is required, separate written agreement with GoodPello is necessary.
  2. b. Digital content may not be redistributed or resold through modification, imitation, or any form of reprocessing.
  3. c. Members may not sublicense, sell, distribute, transfer, lend, lease, reproduce, or transmit (via messenger, webhard, FTP, network, P2P, etc.) any digital content or its usage rights, whether in whole or in part, to any third party.
  4. d. Uploading content to websites, P2P platforms, blogs, forums, content sharing networks, or online backup systems in a way that allows third-party downloads is strictly prohibited.
  5. e. Intellectual property rights for downloaded digital content or any derivative works may not be registered separately.
  6. f. Images and objects included in the downloaded content may not be extracted and used in other templates apart from the original presentation template.
  7. g. Images and objects used in the content may not be separated and applied to other types of design works (e.g., web design, posters, print materials, etc.) outside of presentations.
  8. h. Content provided by GoodPello may not be used for AI-related purposes such as data training, model development, content generation, or production of outputs.
  9. i. If content is found to have been used for AI training, the user’s access to the service will be immediately suspended, and legal action may be taken.

Termination of Agreement and Usage Restrictions

25. Service Termination and Membership Withdrawal
  1. a. Voluntary Membership Withdrawal
    1. If a member wishes to withdraw from the service, they must submit the request directly through the "My Account" page on the GoodPello website.
    2. Upon withdrawal, any active subscription or one-time payment services will be immediately terminated.
  2. b. Termination of Subscription or One-Time Payment Services
    1. Downloaded content may only be used within the projects registered during the active service period.
    2. If the service is canceled while a fixed-term agreement is still in effect, the member may continue to use the service until the end of the agreed period.
    3. After the agreement ends, the content may no longer be used in new projects.
  3. c. Upon membership withdrawal, GoodPello will retain the member’s download history for one (1) year from the date of withdrawal, after which the data will be permanently deleted.

Disclaimer and Governing Law

26. Disclaimer
  1. a. GoodPello shall not be held liable in the following cases:
    1. Any inconvenience caused by restrictions on content usage or inability to re-download content after service termination
    2. Service interruption due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or other uncontrollable circumstances
    3. Inability to provide services due to suspension or failure of telecommunication services by the service provider
    4. Service disruptions or damages resulting from the member’s own fault or negligence
    5. Inability to provide content due to the member’s computer errors
    6. Inability to properly deliver content due to inaccurate personal information or email address provided by the member
  2. b. GoodPello is not responsible for any failure to achieve expected profits or for any losses incurred by the member despite using the services.
  3. c. GoodPello holds no legal responsibility for the content of posts or materials submitted by members on the platform.
  4. d. GoodPello is not obligated to intervene in any disputes between members or between a member and a third party that arise through the use of the service, and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such disputes.
  5. e. GoodPello shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of any free services it provides.
27. Jurisdiction

In the event of any disputes arising in connection with the use of this service, the Seoul District Court, which has jurisdiction over the location of GoodPello’s headquarters, shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.

[Supplementary Provisions]

These Terms of Use shall take effect on July 1, 2025.
If the terms are amended, GoodPello will notify users at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the revised terms.
